Refund & Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 4 days. If 4 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate your return.


Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds are granted in specific cases, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.

  • Items returned more than 4 days after delivery.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via text or WhatsApp that we’ve received your item and update you on the status of your refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed via Online Banking, and our team will guide you through providing the necessary details.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Please check your bank account.

  • Then contact your bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For added security, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
